My fly-fishing journey began in 1990. What started, for me, as an outdoor activity soon became a passion, a desire to learn more, and to develop the skills to catch more fish. My journey soon took me down an unexpected path. A dream was being born, a dream that is now more rewarding than any fish I have ever caught. That dream is to teach others the joy of fly-fishing. DreamCastIdaho.com is the fulfillment of that dream. Our fly-fishing and casting school is designed to help you get started, to be with you on your journey, and to encourage you along the way. In 2012, I became an International Federation of Fly Fishers Certified Casting Instructor. I continue to hone my skills and help others appreciate the art of casting and fly fishing.

I started fly-fishing about 11 years ago. I took a fly-fishing class a year after my late husband passed away and have been hooked on fishing and the instructor ever since. I have been a member of WFFI for about 10 years. I am also a member of United Women on the Fly, as well as the Federation of International Fly Fishers Women Connect and Fly Tying Group where I recently received my Bronze Fly Tying Achievement Award.
