The South Fork of the Boise River is one of the most famous stretches of river in the West. Located between Anderson Ranch Dam and Danskin Bridge, it boasts a stable population of rainbow trout, whitefish, and bull trout.

Robert Gillingham is the founder and owner of Karmic Outdoors, an outdoor gear lost and found. Having discovered his love for the outdoors before he could walk, Robert pursued his passion with education in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation Biology at the University of Nevada. Later he worked for the Idaho Fish and Game in a variety of capacities including fisheries and as a Conservation Officer. Robert will discuss the characteristics of the South Fork of the Boise River and how and when to fish it. He will also share how he is helping the fly fishing community stay connected, return lost gear, and build relationships.
