Dick Knox Pond Float Tube Day Trip
***RESCHEDULED DATE AND TIME***
Let’s dust off those float tubes and get them ready for the upcoming season! This is also a great opportunity for new float tubers to get out on the water for the first time and learn from our more experienced members.
We’ll meet at Dick Knox Pond in Emmett at 3pm. Save the date!
What you’ll need to bring:
- Float tube (Don’t have one? Let us know! Many members have extra tubes and fins they’d be willing to let you borrow.)
- Fins
- Waders (since it’s likely still going to be a little chilly, wet tubing isn’t advised)
- Footwear appropriate for your fins
- Whistle (as per ID law)
- PFD (also per ID law)
- Sunscreen
- Your fishing gear (rod, flies, net, etc)
- Fishing license
If you don’t want to float tube, there are lots of areas to fish from the shore.
