Horsethief Reservoir Float Tube Day Trip
We’re heading to Horsethief Reservoir for the day! We’ll meet at 10am; meeting location TBD. For those who want to make a weekend out of it, there are lots of camping options in the area.
What you’ll need to bring:
- Float tube (Don’t have one? Let us know! Many members have extra tubes and fins they’d be willing to let you borrow.)
- Fins
- Waders
- Footwear appropriate for your fins
- Whistle (as per ID law)
- PFD (also per ID law)
- Sunscreen
- Your fishing gear (rod, flies, net, etc)
- Fishing license
- Lunch
If you don’t want to float tube, there are lots of areas to fish from the shore.
