Welcome to Women Fly Fishers of Idaho
Whether you are new to Idaho or new to fly fishing – or both – we look forward to welcoming you to our group.
Women Fly Fishers of Idaho was founded in 1996 and has provided a safe and friendly place to meet, learn, and fish with other women of all ages and backgrounds. Among our members are long-time anglers, professional guides, award-winning authors, fly tiers, and those who have never set foot in or on the water (yet).
If you’ve never fly-fished before, you are in the right place! We love to mentor, educate, and welcome new women anglers. If you are an intermediate or advanced angler, we offer trips to some of the best fisheries in the West, the latest area fishing news, and educational presentations to keep you growing and learning.
We host monthly membership meetings with presentations by noted experts in the field. These are open to nonmembers. For members, we offer outings for every level angler, a Spring Workshop, social events, family events, and a Christmas Party. For $30 per year, you can be a member and get it all!
